- Possibility to place navigation blocks on the top of the site added (see screenshot). These blocks appears as DHTML-menu.
- The templates "topcatsection.html", "topicssection.html"
and "forumsection.html" are replaced with one file: "menu_section.html".
This makes skins development easier.
